How long will it take to become an Affiliate Member? |

| All requests will receive an answer within 48 hours (based on working days – weekends and bank holidays are excluded). All requests are sent electronically, no postal requests will be considered. |
What is involved in the ‘Evaluation Process’? |

| On receipt of your request to join the Psychometric Success Affiliate Program a member of our Web Services team will assess your organisations profile and assess how complementary your services are to our product portfolio. The evaluation also includes a review of your Website for relevance and quality. |

What happens when I'm accepted into the program? |

| When you join the Psychometric Success Affiliate Program you will be sent a Log-in and Password so that you can access your affiliate account. Once you log in to your account, you will be able to use all of the marketing materials that we have prepared as well as tracking your commissions. |
Are there any administrative costs ? |

| There are no administrative or sales support costs for Affiliate members. These costs are met by Psychometric Success as part of the Affiliate Program. |
How can I view the sales and commissions being generated? |

| The Affiliate Program software that is used by Psychometric Success allows you to access your sales and commission information at any time. |
How long are referrals tracked? |
|
| Our system tracks your referred visitors for 3 years, and you will receive commissions on any sales made during that time. |
What is the commission rate for Affiliates? |

| The commission rate is 20% of the selling price. |
How is my commission paid? |
|
| Your commission will be paid into your PayPal account at the end of every month. If you earn commission in excess of £500 in a month then you can chose to have it sent to you via a bank transfer instead of to your PayPal account. (Bank Transfer will not be used for amounts less than £500.)
You can choose to delay your commission payment one month so that it is able to build up to, or in excess, of £500 which can then be paid to you via Bank Transfer. |
Is there a minimum commission before payment is triggered? |

| Commissions of less than £50 will be rolled over to the following month until the total reaches £50. |
Will new Psychometric Success eBooks be included in the Affiliate Program? |

| Affiliates are entitled to commissions on all our new eBooks as they are launched. Affiliates will be informed new products ten days before they are added to the website. |
How do I withdraw from the Psychometric Success Affiliate Program? |

If you wish to withdraw from our Affiliate program at any time, just send an email to the Administrator and they will delete you from the program and organise the final payment of any commission that is owed to you. |
